Our client is one of Australia's leading fresh produce and logistics groups. They supply all of Australia's major retailers and hospitality groups. Located in Perth southern suburbs, this is an indoor, vertical-farming operation and operates 365 days per year. For an immediate start, they require up to 10 Harvesters / Produce Pickers NB This is NOT a seasonal role. This is a long-term opportunity to grow a large Australian company in an ongoing role. Permanency will be offered to successful applicants after a suitable qualifying period. Details of the role are: Picking mushrooms in a vertical (indoor) farming environment. MUST be able to work a rotating roster that will include weekend work (not every week) - you will average 4-5 days per week on a rotating roster This is a fast-paced process-work environment - you need to be "on your game" to meet pick rates and quality standards Full training is provided This is a fresh produce environment - food handling skills will be an advantage The role requires a commitment to SAFETY, speed, accuracy and an ability to follow process-driven training To be considered, YOU MUST: Have FULL and UNLIMITED work rights (417/462 WHV and 500 Student Visas with limited work hours cannot be considered for this role) Have a reliable means of transport - this site is not easily accessible via public transport Have previously worked as part of a small crew within a larger team NB - Previous process work experience will be highly regarded To get your name on our shortlist, click APPLY now!
