We pride ourselves on delivering reliable and efficient air freight solutions, coordinating cargo movements, managing freight operations and supporting freight forwarders with competitive and effective logistics services. We are looking for an experienced and skilled Supply and Distribution Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising and coordinating the supply, storage and distribution of goods and cargo within the business. The role will involve managing freight movements, coordinating suppliers and service providers, monitoring cargo flows, ensuring timely distribution and maintaining efficient supply chain operations. SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing and coordinating supply and distribution operations Planning and overseeing the movement, storage and distribution of freight and cargo Coordinating with freight forwarders, airlines, suppliers, carriers and internal staff Monitoring cargo movements, shipment schedules and distribution requirements Maintaining freight documentation, operational records and distribution reports Ensuring goods and cargo are received, handled and dispatched correctly Resolving logistics delays, supply issues and distribution problems Supervising and supporting staff involved in supply and distribution activities Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards and operational requirements Previous experience as a Supply and Distribution Manager or in a similar logistics role is required We are not looking to train someone for this position, so the successful applicant must have demonstrated experience in a similar role. You must be professional, reliable, organised, detail-oriented and able to manage supply and distribution operations to a high standard. We are offering a competitive salary of $76,000 - $85,000 per annum for the right candidate. Please note that this is a permanent and full-time position.
