Develop and maintain strong working relationship with key stakeholders in support of supply governance. Confirm appropriate facilities exist to house and, in consultation with maintenance support lead, maintain supply support equipment. Ensure supply support equipment is appropriately registered and governed by the contractor. Review and determine work outcome from contractor reporting (provide a list of reporting that is provided by contractor). Review documents and govern contractor supply support certification matrix. Check and confirm contractor supply support staff levels. Review contractor supplied documents to verify supply support equipment requirements. Configuration management for Supply Support. Via Logistics Support Analysis, optimise and document Supply Support processes including warehousing, disposals, material supply (including fuel) and distribution functions. Lead material supply, stocktake, disposal and distribution activities. Assist with Configuration Status Account Record reconciliation activities.
