We’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator / Scheduler to help keep projects, technicians, and subcontractors running smoothly day to day. This role would suit someone who understands the fast-paced nature of the HVAC or Mechanical Plumbing industry and enjoys being the central point of coordination across jobs, trades, and suppliers. What you’ll be doing: • Coordinating, scheduling, and confirming bookings with technicians, subcontractors, supervisors, and suppliers • Allocating jobs across subcontractors and apprentices • Preparing, issuing, and following up purchase orders for units, materials, and parts • Assisting with picking and dispatching jobs for upcoming installations where required • Reviewing job and site notes and actioning updates accordingly • Handling incoming enquiries and supporting customers and trades professionally • Troubleshooting scheduling issues and helping resolve delays quickly and efficiently What we’re looking for: • Previous experience in scheduling, service coordination, or operations within HVAC, Mechanical Plumbing, or a related trades environment • Experience working with trades, subcontractors, and fast-moving construction/service teams • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt under pressure and juggle multiple priorities • Good systems knowledge — experience using AroFlo highly regarded • Stock control, logistics, or purchasing experience is advantageous • Experience in sales support or customer coordination is a bonus This is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong team culture, modern systems, and long-term growth plans.
