With a natural tendency to say yes in service of the sector, she is seeking an Executive Assistant who can be a trusted partner - someone who brings structure, helps manage competing demands and creates the space for her to focus on strategic priorities. As both gatekeeper and facilitator, you will manage requests from across government, the sector and internal teams, balancing urgency and importance with professionalism and care. You will coordinate meetings and briefings, support board processes including minute-taking where required, assist with travel and logistics and provide broader administrative support across office, HR and finance tasks as on occasion. Your ability to anticipate needs, to think ahead and to quietly solve problems before they arise will be central to your success. You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who understands the craft of the role and takes pride in doing it exceptionally well. Highly organised with an instinctive attention to detail, you will bring strong communication skills, sound judgement and the confidence to manage competing priorities in a calm and composed manner. You will be warm, approachable and personable, with a strong sense of discretion and professionalism. You will bring resilience and adaptability, understanding that the nature of the work may at times involve exposure to challenging subject matter and shifting priorities. Your ability to approach this with empathy, composure and awareness will be essential, particularly when engaging with individuals who may be navigating challenging circumstances. Strong digital confidence will also be highly valuable, particularly in managing inbox flow, optimising calendar systems and finding simple, effective ways to improve day-to-day efficiency. You will be someone who thrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment and who is motivated by contributing to meaningful outcomes.
