We are seeking multiple HR Advisors to join a high-performing People & Culture team supporting a large, complex workforce during a significant business transformation and restructure program. This is an opportunity to play a key role in influencing leaders, driving people initiatives, supporting organisational change, and delivering practical HR solutions that make a real impact. Work pattern ( please read carefully ) This is a site-based role with a structured roster: Initial 6 mos contract (16/06/2026 to 31/12/2026) with potential extension Operating on the 5/2, 4/3 roster with 12-hour shifts Monday–Thursday: On site (12-hour shifts) Every second Friday: Perth CBD office Pay Rate 64.14 - 70.88 Super Immediate start available What You'll Be Doing Partnering with leaders to provide trusted HR advice and support Supporting organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning activities Coaching leaders on people-related matters and best practice HR processes Managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple business areas Analysing workforce data and providing actionable insights Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process standardisation Working across a broad range of operational and strategic HR activities What We're Looking For 3-5 years' experience in a HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or Generalist HR role Proven experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability Ability to build credibility and partner effectively with leaders at all levels Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with workforce data and reporting Experience using HRIS platforms such as SAP, Workday or similar systems Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline Highly Regarded FIFO or site-based HR experience Mining, resources, construction, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing or other operational industry backgrounds Experience working within large and complex organisations If you're a proactive HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, navigating change, and delivering practical people solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
