Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to construct, erect, install, renovate, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, wallboard, and other materials. Key Duties Study drawings and specifications to determine materials, dimensions, and installation procedures Order and select timbers and materials and prepare layouts Cut materials and assemble/nail cut and shaped parts Erect framework and roof framing, lay sub-flooring and floorboards, and verify structural accuracy Install fascia panels, roof sheathing, exterior wall cladding, and door/window frames Assemble prepared wood into structures and fittings ready for installation Cut wood joints as required Construct concrete formwork when needed Repair existing fittings and structures Work with plastic laminates, perspex, and metals as required Requirements Proven experience in carpentry or construction work Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused To Apply Please send your resume and brief introduction to: kelkaneconstructionsptyltd@gmail.com
