ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on maintenance role suited to a carpenter who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes. You'll be responsible for attending maintenance and warranty jobs across completed homes, working closely with the Maintenance Manager while managing your own day-to-day schedule. It's a role that requires initiative and someone who can assess issues, carry out rectifications, and ensure all work is completed to a high standard and properly reported. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Attending maintenance and warranty jobs across completed residential builds Diagnosing defects and carrying out carpentry repairs and rectifications Managing your own daily workload and prioritising jobs effectively Liaising with the Maintenance Manager and providing clear job updates Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard WHAT YOU'LL NEED Cert III in Carpentry (essential) Experience working with a residential builder (custom or volume) Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Confident communication and a professional approach with clients WHAT YOU'LL GET Stable, long-term role with a builder operating for 30 years Company vehicle, phone and laptop provided Consistent pipeline of maintenance work Autonomy in your day-to-day Supportive management and structured processes Inner-city work locations HOW TO APPLY Click APPLY or reach out for a confidential chat.
