WestLink Workforce has partnered with a leading industry provider to source a proactive, hands-on HSE Advisor for a permanent, site-based position for an 8/6 roster in the Goldfields. In this role, you will work closely with the Site Manager to support personnel across all operational functions. This is an ideal opportunity for a safety professional who thrives on being out in the field, engaging with teams, and driving a practical, front-line safety culture. You will conduct audits, lead risk assessments, align with client-driven health and safety activities, and undertake key portfolio projects. Key Responsibilities Incident Management: Undertake thorough incident investigations and provide detailed follow-up reports. Compliance: Ensure ongoing alignment with ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 guidelines (up-skilling and training provided). Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive safety culture on-site by actively contributing to toolbox sessions and pre-start meetings. Training & Mentorship: Provide safety training, coaching, and mentorship to all onsite personnel. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing robust systems, policies, and procedures. To be successful in this role, you will be a collaborative communicator with a strong work ethic and the following qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience within the safety industry. Qualifications: Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) is essential. Training: Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE), or a genuine willingness to obtain it. Investigation Skills: Prior experience conducting ICAM investigations is highly preferred. Licensing: A current, valid Western Australia Manual Driver’s License. Tech Savvy: Strong computer literacy, particularly within the Microsoft Office suite. Pre-Employment Requirements Full Australian working rights (An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident). Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening. A National Police Check dated within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain one).
