Previous window industry experience is highly regarded, particularly with flyscreen and sash assembly, however candidates with strong tool experience and a great attitude are encouraged to apply. The Role Working within a busy production environment, you will assist with the manufacture and assembly of aluminium window components, flyscreens, and sashes while supporting the wider factory team. Duties Include: Manufacturing and assembling flyscreens Assembly of window sashes and components Use of hand and power tools Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials Assisting across various areas of the factory as required Quality checking finished products Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Skills & Experience Ideally You Will Have: Previous experience in the aluminium window and door industry Experience assembling flyscreens and window sashes Confidence using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Reliable work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work within a team environment What's On Offer?
