The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and highly capable culinary leader to manage a fast-paced, high-volume food production environment supporting retail, catering, delivery, and wholesale channels. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution of production operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability as the business continues to grow. Day to day you will manage a team of 10, whilst ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved in Production & Operations, Food Safety & Inventory Control, and Leadership & Team Development. You will be balanced between playing a hands on role in the central kitchen to cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
