Our client is looking for experienced Administration Officers to join their busy team for a period of 6 months, on a temporary assignment with the potential to extend. About the role: Manage frontline enquiries via phone and online channels, acting as the first point of contact for clients and providers. Coordinate appointments, update client records, and maintain accurate data entry across multiple systems. Provide administrative support including consent form updates, overflow tasks, and record management. Assist with implementation of a new Case Management System while supporting business-as-usual operations. Collaborate with internal teams and support training and learning activities within the service. About You: Strong administrative experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Confident using multiple IT systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Able to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and meet KPIs.
