Ideal candidates will have experience working with: ✔ Epilepsy and seizure management ✔ Autism and non-verbal participants ✔ Behaviours of concern ✔ Spinal injuries and quadriplegia ✔ Bowel care and catheter care ✔ PEG feeding and dysphagia management ✔ Manual handling and transfers ✔ Complex personal care and high intensity supports ✔ Oxygen administration, respiratory monitoring and oxygen saturation (SpO₂) monitoring What you'll bring: ✔ Minimum 12 months' experience in disability support ✔ Confidence supporting participants with complex needs ✔ Professionalism, reliability and initiative ✔ A genuine passion for delivering exceptional support ✔ Clear and confident English communication skills, with the ability to understand participant needs and communicate effectively in a range of support environments ✔ Strong availability across days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and active/non-active overnight shifts Join a team that's going places.
