Work closely with leadership to review what's happening, identify areas for improvement, and help shape practical next steps across the portfolio. Take a broad view across compliance, resident experience, service quality, and operational effectiveness. Play a key part in preparing for a major new development and supporting the work needed to get it ready. Collaborate with clinical, quality, and executive stakeholders to help drive improvement and strengthen future readiness. Bring a grounded, solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement in a complex aged care environment. About you You bring senior experience across aged care, with a background that may sit in operations, clinical governance, quality, or service improvement. You've worked in residential aged care and understand the realities of balancing compliance, resident experience, workforce capability, and service standards. You may have been part of turnaround, accreditation, remediation, or improvement work, and you know how to turn observations into practical action. You're comfortable operating at executive level, influencing across teams, and supporting improvement without needing a large direct reporting line. Most importantly, you're someone who can look at a service, quickly understand what's working and what isn't, and help move it forward in a thoughtful, credible way. What next?
