Senior position Load & unload trucks when required Maintain safety in the yard & hardstand area when loading trucks & unloading trucks Order stock Organise for pick ups from suppliers Work closely with the Procurement Manager Work closely with the Marine Engineering Business Manager Coordinate freight and transport logistics to ensure timely delivery to site. Manage incoming and outgoing goods, including inspection, documentation, and stock control. Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system. Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance with company standards. Support operations by maintaining efficient stores and procurement processes. Assist with inventory audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. About You You're an organised, proactive and solutions-focused individual who thrives in a busy environment. You'll bring: Experience in purchasing, procurement, or stores/inventory within mining, heavy industry, or equipment services. Sound knowledge of supply chain and logistics coordination (including transport booking and tracking). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong computer skills and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
