This Regional Product Innovation Associate position offers exposure to end-to-end product lifecycle management across multiple regions, including China, within a fast-paced and cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities: Track emerging ingredient, category, and consumer trends to support ongoing innovation and pipeline growth. Translate marketing and business opportunities into viable product ideas aligned with consumer and market needs. Drive the development of new health and wellness products from initial concept through to commercial launch across Asia Pacific and China. Design and develop product formulations that meet both performance expectations and regional compliance standards. Act as a key point of contact for product safety, regulatory documentation, and technical compliance requirements. Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to progress product development and ensure delivery against timelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction, positioning, and go-to-market approach. Review marketing and promotional content to ensure claims are scientifically accurate and compliant with regulations. Assess technical feasibility of new concepts, including ingredient selection, claims potential, and product formats. Develop scientific communication materials and support external engagement with industry stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and opinion leaders.
