The Opportunity: This role will drive, shape & lead the end to end Performance Marketing strategy, with a particularly heavy focus on Meta. You'll be responsible for delivering strong commercial outcomes, driving solid brand awareness & onsite traffic, for one of Australia's most celebrated Luxury Designer Fashion brands, with a solid store network and internationally focused trade. Working directly alongside the Head of Digital, this is a high-impact, strategic role, with ownership of the Paid Media budget, leading the transition to an inhouse model and managing all Performance activity, internally. You'll have a full-funnel focus, responsible for driving solid new customer acquisition, as well as shaping out the CRM & Loyalty strategy, to drive stronger customer engagement & retention.
