This division delivers mission-critical digital services for export, biosecurity, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on data-driven platforms, SaaS solutions, and enterprise systems modernisation. You will work in a multi-disciplinary Agile team, contributing across discovery, design, and delivery phases to shape and implement modern digital services. Key Responsibilities Engage with internal and external stakeholders to capture business needs and identify transformation opportunities Conduct requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and As-Is / To-Be modelling Develop business process models, workflows, and data flow diagrams Translate business requirements into user stories and Product Backlog Items (PBIs) Work closely with Solution Architects and developers to align solutions with enterprise architecture Support delivery across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases Contribute to SaaS platform configuration and feature implementation Perform acceptance testing and validation of delivered features Produce clear business-facing documentation and simplify technical solutions for non-technical audiences Collaborate with user researchers, designers, and technical teams to deliver user-centric outcomes Ensure solutions align with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards Facilitate workshops and support stakeholder engagement across the program Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale digital transformation programs Strong capability in: Requirements gathering and analysis Business process mapping and modelling (BPMN, workflows, data flows) Developing As-Is / To-Be states and gap analysis Wireframing and conceptual solution design Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (user stories, backlog management, CI/CD environments) Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desirable Experience Experience with Human-Centred Design (HCD) approaches Exposure to Government programs or regulated industries Experience working with SaaS platforms and digital product environments Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) Requirements Essential Criteria 1.
