Description and Requirements Role Overview The Asset Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, governance, and lifecycle management of IT hardware assets. This position is responsible for maintaining high-quality asset data, supporting operational processes, and ensuring compliance with asset management standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee asset-related projects, service processes, and asset movements to ensure data accuracy within asset management systems Manage registration and lifecycle tracking of IT hardware (desktops, notebooks, VDIs, monitors) Control equipment disposal and ensure proper inventory write-off in administrative systems Identify and resolve data inconsistencies; support users with inventory-related requests Coordinate hardware collection, reuse, and full lifecycle management (HLCM), including reporting and KPI tracking Manage leasing contracts and support hardware refresh programs Prepare reports for Lenovo and customer review meetings Serve as a customer escalation point when needed Participate in regular customer meetings Key Skills & Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of hardware and software support technologies Ability to handle intermediate-level technical issues, including diagnosis and resolution Understanding of how individual work impacts broader operational outcomes Ability to build cross-functional relationships and support workflow efficiency Experience preparing technical reports and documentation Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) Experience working with CMDB systems (ServiceNow preferred) Exposure to asset management tools such as Flexera Experience with Microsoft SCCM and Intune (preferred) Qualifications & Experience Experience: 2–5 years of experience in an IT operations environment, such as Field Services or Asset Management Education: Undergraduate degree in an IT-related discipline or technical high school plus relevant IT certifications Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation IAITAM Certification Additional Locations : Brazil - São Paulo - São Paulo Brazil - São Paulo - Sao Paulo Brazil Brazil - São Paulo Brazil - São Paulo - São Paulo , Brazil - São Paulo - Sao Paulo Go back Apply If you require an accommodation to complete this application, please contact ability@lenovo.com
