Description and Requirements 岗位职责/Job Responsibilities： 1.负责AI产品相关的采购全流程管理，包括需求对接、供应商寻源、成本核算及订单执行，确保物料及时供应与交付质量。 2.主导供应商开发与管理，建立并维护优质ODM厂商合作关系，定期评估供应商履约能力、价格竞争力及技术实力，优化供应商结构。 3.协助业务单元分析现有供应链流程痛点，推动流程优化与效率提升，通过成本分析、谈判策略及资源整合降低采购成本。 4.建立并完善供应商评估体系，制定量化考核指标（如交付准时率、质量合格率、成本下降率等），提升供应链稳定性与风险应对能力。 5.独立运作采购项目，协调跨部门资源（如研发、生产、质量），确保项目从需求确认到量产交付的端到端供应链顺畅。 岗位要求/ Job Requirements： 1.本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、电子工程等相关专业，具备扎实的供应链理论基础。 2.5年以上采购管理经验，其中3年以上电子行业采购经验，必须具备笔记本ODM厂商管理经验，熟悉消费电子及IoT产品供应链生态。 3.具备优秀的中英文听说读写能力，能独立与国际供应商沟通；熟练使用AI工具（如采购数据分析、供应商管理系统等）辅助工作。 4.掌握成本分析与谈判技巧，能通过市场调研、比价策略及商务谈判实现降本目标，过往有明确的成本优化案例优先。 5.具备独立运作项目的能力，熟悉端到端供应链流程（如物料寻源、生产排期、物流运输等），能应对复杂采购场景与突发风险。 加分项 ?持有CPSM（注册采购经理）或其他采购专业认证者优先。 ?具备丰富的项目管理经验，有主导大型采购项目落地案例者优先。 ?对AI、智能硬件等新兴技术产品有采购经验者优先。 Additional Locations : China - Shanghai - 上海（Shanghai） China China - Shanghai China - Shanghai - 上海（Shanghai） Go back Apply If you require an accommodation to complete this application, please contact ability@lenovo.com
