Description and Requirements Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum best practices. Remove impediments and help teams maintain a sustainable delivery pace. Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog prioritization and sprint planning. Use your technical background to understand development challenges, dependencies, and risks. Partner with engineering teams to improve collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. Previous hands-on experience in software development or another technical role. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive team effectiveness. Preferred Qualifications Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Experience using Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams.
