Job Description Your work as an Intake Specialist directly impacts our participants' journey to achieving greater independence, confidence and quality of life. You’re the friendly guide, the problem-solver and the organiser who makes everything run smoothly so our clinicians can focus on delivering exceptional care. Your role: Full time, permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM - 5 PM Rest assured, you'll have all the support and resources you need to feel confident and comfortable in this arrangement. Be the first point of contact for our participants and their support network, responding to phone and email inquiries. Schedule and arrange appointments for our Allied Health Professionals; keeping things running smoothly. Set up service agreements, conduct risk assessments and manage waitlists. Keep our database up to date and help with documentation. Provide excellent customer service while supporting the people who need us most.
