You'll work alongside an experienced Business Development Manager who brings in the opportunities, allowing you to focus on candidate attraction, relationship building and successful placements. What You'll Be Doing Sourcing and attracting Allied Health professionals Building and maintaining talent pools Conducting candidate interviews and screening calls Managing recruitment processes from brief to placement Providing exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment journey Developing strong relationships with candidates Working closely with clients and hiring managers to deliver successful outcomes About You A Master of LinkedIn Recruiter A keen marketer of your personal and company brand Strong candidate sourcing and attraction skills You genuinely enjoy meeting people and building relationships Highly organised and systemised approach to building your candidate network Ability to seek out opportunities to network and stand out to candidates in this industry.
