We are boutique, but our reputation is BIG. We specialise in Recruitment of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Therapists. We love our clients and our clients love us. Why? We only recommend the best organisations and these organisations often only will work with us. The Role With a strong foundation now in place, it's time for us to grow. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join Thrive in this newly created role. This role would suit someone who is doing well in their current recruitment position but is ready for more responsibility and a greater say in how things are done. We want someone who can make placements, build client relationships, bring new ideas to the table, spot opportunities, and help us decide where we go next. This role would suit someone who is tired of being one of many. Perhaps you've found yourself sitting in a meeting thinking: "I'm bringing in clients, making placements, coming up with ideas and helping grow the business, but I don't really have a seat at the table."
