Looking for a role that can fit around school drop-offs, family commitments, or other priorities? Maybe you're returning to the workforce after some time away. Maybe you're looking for three days per week rather than five. Or perhaps you're seeking a business that values outcomes more than the exact hours you sit at a desk. If so, keep reading. We're partnering with a growing business that understands great people don't always fit into a traditional 8:00am to 5:00pm schedule. They're open to flexible arrangements, including part-time hours, reduced days, school-friendly schedules, or someone looking to gradually build into a full-time position over time. What they're really looking for is the right person. Someone who loves being organised. Someone who enjoys keeping the wheels turning. Someone who notices when things need doing and simply gets them done. The Opportunity You'll make a real difference to how the business operates every single day. You'll be the person helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes, supporting administration, customer service, accounts, scheduling, and general office operations. In many ways, you'll become the glue that holds everything together. No two days will look exactly the same. One minute you might be helping with invoicing. The next you're coordinating schedules, speaking with customers, organising paperwork, or supporting the leadership team with day-to-day administration. If you enjoy variety and like feeling genuinely involved in a business, you'll love this role. What You'll Be Doing • Coordinating day-to-day office administration • Answering incoming calls and customer enquiries • Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records • Managing calendars, meetings, and scheduling • Supporting onboarding and general administration activities • Preparing reports and business correspondence • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and contractors • Providing general support wherever it's needed You'll bring: • Strong organisational skills • Excellent attention to detail • A positive, can-do attitude • Confidence communicating with people at all levels • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities • Experience with administration and office coordination Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable would be highly regarded. Why You'll Love It • Flexible working arrangements • Part-time or full-time opportunities available • Ideal for return-to-work parents • School-friendly hours considered • Opportunity to increase hours over time if desired • Supportive and down-to-earth team • Genuine variety in your day • Opportunity to become a valued part of a growing business If you're looking for flexibility, variety, and a business that genuinely values its people, we'd love to hear from you.
