Job Description POSITION Hyde Melbourne Place is looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Administrator to ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and compliance of all hotel facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing contractor documentation, maintaining records, tracking work orders, and supporting regulatory compliance requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and track maintenance requests through the Hub OS platform; Monitor work order completion and follow up outstanding tasks; Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance activities and service visits; Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment records; Prepare departmental reports, dashboards, and administrative correspondence as required; Raise purchase orders and process invoices in accordance with company procedures; Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
