Description Railtrain Group Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Team Lead – Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition support across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, attract suitable candidates and support an efficient, compliant and candidate-focused recruitment process. This role plays an important part in supporting RHG’s commitment to having the right person in the right job, at the right time. Requirements Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including onboarding and recruitment administration. Source and attract talent through social media platforms and other recruitment channels. Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities and organisational goals. Support candidate selection, interview coordination, onboarding and retention activities. Work with the Team Lead to develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned to business needs. Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance and RHG policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process. Represent RHG professionally and promote the company’s values of Excellence, Integrity, Safety and People.
