Key Responsibilities Reporting to the HR Manager, your role will encompass: Providing comprehensive HR guidance and support to your portfolio of internal stakeholders and the leadership group Supporting employee life cycle matters, from onboarding through to exit interviews Driving best practices in Employee Relations, including performance management, conflict resolution and conducting internal investigations Supporting Industrial Relations initiatives by collaborating with the leadership team to negotiate enterprise agreements and liaise with respective unions Build key stakeholder relationships to provide guidance and knowledge in line with various initiatives and projects Act as a true Business Partner to your stakeholder portfolio across numerous geographical locations About You To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate: Extensive experience as a HR Practitioner with expertise in IR, ER and strategic initiatives Outstanding organisational skills and a keen eye for detail Professional and respectful communication skills Ambition and drive to grow within a dynamic organisation Why Apply?
