Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager (Hybrid AM/AE) to join our team in Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while also actively pursuing new business opportunities. As a hybrid Account Manager and Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Develop and present sales proposals and presentations Monitor and report on sales activities and performance metrics Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce Project management skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills Experience in managing and growing client relationships Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics Understanding of sales methodologies and best practices Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Sales or account management certifications (preferred) Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings and industry events Working at Momentus: Surround yourself with highly motivated co-workers who encourage you to be your best each day.
