Our culture supports high performance and is characterised by our values: Respect Teamwork Excellence Passion ROLE SUMMARY The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of integrated marketing, brand, campaign, and event initiatives across the Supercars season. This position works across brand management, campaign coordination, event marketing execution, creative briefing and stakeholder management. The role is ideal for a highly organised and energetic marketer who enjoys working in a fast‑paced sports and entertainment environment, has strong communication skills, and thrives when managing multiple projects involving diverse internal and external stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand, Campaign & Advertising Support Coordinate the creation and execution of advertising communications for both event and brand campaigns.·Liaise with media channels and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaign assets. Uphold Supercars brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand governance across internal and external channels (including licensees, government, broadcast, partners, and merchandise agents). Creative & Asset Management Collaborate with internal and external designers to manage creative briefs, workflow, approvals, and prioritisation. Manage the print process for all marketing collateral (e.g., posters, flyers), including quotes, briefing, and deadline management. Event Marketing & Local Area Promotions Support the planning, promotion, and execution of event‑related marketing initiatives across the Supercars season. Assist with the creation of digital and print materials to support event promotion. Attend selected Supercars events to support on-the-ground marketing activation and local area amplification programs. Work closely with event teams, sponsors, and vendors to align marketing activity with event objectives. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement Foster relationships and maintain regular communication with promoters, sponsors, teams, licensees, media partners, agencies, and internal departments. Support the review and approval processes for licensees producing merchandise for the series and events. Assist with coordination of sponsor deliverables relating to event marketing activities. Reporting & Administration Compile, maintain, and distribute accurate event results reporting (including TV, digital performance, and attendance). Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns and event‑related marketing activity. Generate purchase orders and process invoices via the finance team. Previous experience in sport or entertainment favourable Strong written and verbal communication skills. High-level project management and administrative capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with project management tools such as Jira (or equivalent). Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills. Personal Attributes High attention to detail and accuracy. Energetic, organised, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Professional, friendly, and team‑oriented. Demonstrates initiative and promotes a positive team culture. Work Experience 2 years in sports, entertainment, marketing, or media (agency or client side). Event experience favourable Demonstrated experience supporting campaigns, events, or brand marketing programs.
