Key responsibilities include: End‑to‑end monthly payroll processing for approximately 350 employees across ANZ Processing payroll through iChris (essential) Managing PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax and statutory compliance Month‑end payroll accounting and reconciliations Year‑end payroll activities Processing personal care, sickness and treatment payrolls Ensuring accurate pay runs (AU pay date: 18th | NZ: 16th) Responding to payroll queries and liaising with internal stakeholders Identifying and implementing process improvements Confidently challenging processes with curiosity and respect while maintaining BAU THE PERSON To be successful in this role you will have: Proven end‑to‑end payroll experience ideally in standalone or managing your own pays in a team Strong understanding of PAYG, Super, Payroll Tax and month‑end accounting iChris experience essential New Zealand payroll experience (nice to have) High attention to detail with strong system capability Excellent communication skills, integrity and professionalism A proactive, process‑improvement mindset Ability to hit the ground running in a contract environment If we have already spoken and you are already in my Payroll Network before, please feel free to call or email me directly otherwise please apply now.
