We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Key Duties • Strategizes, manages and coordinates the company’s sales and marketing activities for residential planning application management, architectural drafting, structural steel detailing, surveying, and landscape design services. • Establish sales targets, KPIs and business development strategies to maximize revenue growth and strengthen market presence. • Formulate and implement sales and marketing policies, operational plans and promotional strategies in consultation with senior management to support business growth within the residential construction and property development sectors. • Identify market trends, client demands and business opportunities, and oversee the development of advertising, digital marketing and promotional campaigns to effectively promote the company’s professional consultancy services. • Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand identity, expand the client base and maintain long-term relationships with property developers, builders, contractors and other key industry stakeholders. • Prepare and manage annual sales and marketing budgets, and develop sales action plans and marketing campaigns to achieve financial and commercial objectives. • Analyse customer and project requirements relating to residential developments and planning approval services to identify marketing opportunities and improve customer service standards. • Research and capitalize on business development opportunities to improve service marketability, client acquisition and overall profitability. • Direct the collection and analysis of market data, customer feedback and competitor activities, and prepare management reports and strategic recommendations to support business planning and revenue growth. • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions and professional meetings to promote the company’s services and identify potential business opportunities. • Collaborate with related teams to ensure sales and marketing initiatives align with the company’s operational capabilities and long-term business objectives. Requirements • Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher. Or at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development management. • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proven experience in sales strategy, marketing campaigns, client acquisition and business growth. • Strong analytical, reporting and commercial decision-making abilities. • Ability to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
