About the Role To support our growing structure and strategic growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly efficient and organised team player to join the Peter Alexander team as a Planning Assistant. Reporting to the Planning Manager, your day will predominantly be focused on providing administrative support to the planning team, compiling and inputting data, and preparing standard reporting and analysis. Responsibilities Running and distributing daily/weekly reports for the wider team as well as ad-hoc projects and reporting Analysis and communication around online events Assist with preparation of both in-season and post-season reports Managing RMS administration for promotions and entering markdowns into AS400 Communicating to stores around promotions and mark downs Management of EANs and allocation to departments About You Experience with Microsoft Excel and general administration Have an analytical mindset and flair for numbers Ability to think laterally and have a proactive approach Interested in planning and allocations within retail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment whilst maintaining accuracy Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Perks Generous staff discount and access to our sample sales Central office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner Park Work closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environment Coffee lover?
