Location - Braddon, ACT Security Clearance - No Length of Contract: 3 months with the possibility of extension The role closes on 30 June 2026 About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator / ServiceNow Specialist to join a growing technology and managed services environment supporting modern cloud, cybersecurity, and operational governance initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong Microsoft ecosystem experience, infrastructure support capability, and ServiceNow administration or implementation expertise. You will work across cloud platforms, endpoint management, service management, operational uplift, and cybersecurity initiatives within a structured ITIL-aligned environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including Intune, Entra ID, Defender, SharePoint, OneDrive, and endpoint management Support and maintain ServiceNow platform operations, workflows, service catalogues, and incident management processes Manage user identities, MFA, Conditional Access, and endpoint compliance Perform systems monitoring, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and operational support Assist with infrastructure documentation, governance, and operational procedures Support cloud and cybersecurity uplift initiatives Participate in incident response, service delivery, and operational improvement activities Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve operational maturity and service resilience Support backup validation, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities Contribute to automation, reporting, and continual service improvement initiatives Skills & Experience Strong experience as a Systems Administrator in Microsoft environments Experience supporting or administering ServiceNow Hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 Microsoft Intune Microsoft Defender Entra ID / Azure AD Windows 11 administration Endpoint security and compliance Understanding of ITIL service management practices Experience with incident, change, and problem management Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills Experience with cybersecurity best practices and operational governance Desirable Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards Exposure to ISO 27001, governance, risk and compliance (GRC) Knowledge of cloud security and operational resilience Experience in managed services environments ServiceNow certifications highly regarded Microsoft certifications desirable What We Offer Opportunity to work on modern cloud and cybersecurity initiatives Exposure to enterprise operational uplift and transformation projects Collaborative and supportive team environment Flexible working arrangements Career growth within a professional managed services organisation Additional Criteria: DSS - 2.2 Systems and Software Engineering - Systems Architecture / Integration - L3 SFIA Skill Code - System Software Administration (SYSP) - L4 Apply Now If you are passionate about modern infrastructure, operational excellence, and service management, we would love to hear from you.
