$100K - $120K Super Permanent Role Sydney Location About the Role: Talent Web has exclusively partnered with one of Sydney’s most prestigious schools in the recruitment of an Facilities Project Officer to join their Property Services team. This is a hands on coordination role supporting asset lifecycle management, planned maintenance programs, contractor compliance and minor works/project delivery across a large and diverse education portfolio. The role will suit someone coming from a facilities coordination, asset coordination, property coordination or junior facilities management background who enjoys systems, organisation, contractor coordination and project support. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Asset Management System (AMS) and asset registers. Support planned and reactive maintenance programs across the portfolio. Coordinate contractor compliance including insurances, inductions and documentation. Assist with lifecycle replacement programs, condition assessments and asset planning. Support minor works and CAPEX projects through planning, scheduling, documentation, procurement, record management, reporting and process improvement initiatives. Manage work orders, reporting, data validation and contractor performance tracking. Coordinate safety and compliance services including AFSS, hazardous materials, height safety and backflow prevention. Requirements: Previous experience in facilities coordination, asset coordination, property coordination or similar. Exposure to planned maintenance, asset registers, contractor coordination or maintenance systems. Strong organisational and administrative capability with high attention to detail. Confident communication skills and ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders and contractors. Experience using systems such as AMS, CMMS, BMS or similar asset/maintenance platforms highly regarded. Strong Microsoft Office capability across Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word. Current driver’s licence and Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
