This newly created role will have you supporting two Principals and a wider team to ensure we continue curating the exceptional in everything we do. Currently based in Epping but with a move into the Hills coming later in the year, this varied role will support our growth every step of the way. In this role, you will: Managing the daily administrative tasks including maintaining relevant systems, monitoring emails and coordinating calendars. Providing sales support including preparing documents, scheduling appointments and coordinating client communications. Assisting with the coordination of marketing activities, including the preparation of property listings and other promotional materials. What we're looking for: Previous experience in a similar administration or support role. A keen eye for detail with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving Proficiency in using standard office software with exposure to Reapit, Agentbox and Realtair an advantage. Relevant qualifications, including a Certificate of Registration, would preferable.
