You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team, working on a variety of interesting immigration matters with genuine opportunities for career growth and development. What you’d be doing in this role: Manage employer sponsored, skilled, family and temporary visa matters from initial consultation through to final outcome. Prepare, review and lodge visa applications and related migration matters. Provide accurate and practical immigration law advice to clients. Liaise with clients, the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate file management and compliance records. You're probably a good fit, if you have: 3 years experience practising in Australian immigration law. Current Australian Practising Certificate. Strong knowledge of employer sponsored, skilled, family and temporary visas. Excellent communication, client management and drafting skills.
