About the role We’re seeking a Paralegal to provide timely and effective legal and administrative support to our Legal Team. Reporting to the General Manager, Legal, you will contribute to a broad range of legal activities including property, corporate, commercial and finance matters, while supporting risk management and regulatory compliance across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Corporate Development, Legal, Risk, Company Secretary, Assets, Retail, Development and Finance, as well as external legal advisors and authorities. Key responsibilities Provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Team Conduct legal research and analysis to support advice Assist with legal and regulatory matters, identifying and mitigating risks Draft, review and support negotiation of legal documents across property, corporate, commercial and finance matters Maintain legal registers and manage the matter management database Coordinate leasing processes, including liaison with lawyers, stakeholders, and document execution Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality legal support.
