Based in North Sydney $65-70k plus super Modern offices close to public transport Opportunity to grow and develop in a global company We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting sales, logistics, and supply chain operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This position sits within our client's FMCG division, working across a diverse product portfolio including ambient/grocery and frozen foods, as well as alcohol products. You'll gain valuable exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team Primary Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with retail clients daily, providing timely updates and support. Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing partners to maintain an uninterrupted supply chain. Follow up with overseas factories on production progress and shipment requirements. Process sales orders and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete. Work with freight and logistics providers to coordinate shipments and resolve issues. Monitor order status, shipment timelines, and logistics movements to prevent delays. Manage and track stock and inventory levels to ensure alignment with customer planning. Review loading inspection reports and verify compliance with sales order requirements. Coordinate the preparation, ordering, and dispatch of product samples to clients. Present sales reports using internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Operation, Compliance etc., to support product and project requirements. Coordinate internal resources and support the sales department across daily operational need in a timely and accurate manner. Experience & Skills Required Previous experience within FMCG, food & beverage, supply chain, logistics, customer service, or administration will be highly regarded Exposure to working with major Australian retailers such as Woolworths Group, Coles Group, or ALDI Australia is advantageous Strong communication and relationship-building skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Intermediate Microsoft Excel and computer skills A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the FMCG supply chain industry Recent graduates in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Commerce, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment Strong organisational and problem-solving skills If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coordinating multiple priorities, and have a passion for delivering operational excellence, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career.
