Our multidisciplinary team supports women's health through tailored, evidence-based services. We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Women's Health Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and growing team. Based in clinics across Sydney's Northern Beaches. The Role As a Women's Health Physiotherapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a range of conditions related to pelvic health, pre- and post-natal care, continence issues, and musculoskeletal challenges unique to women. This role is to cover a maternity leave position, however there is an option to continue after their return. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physiotherapy care. Manage a caseload of clients with issues including pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, sexual dysfunction, pregnancy-related pain, and postnatal recovery. Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessment and patient goals. Educate and empower clients through rehabilitation and preventative strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to ongoing service development. About You You are a compassionate, skilled, and motivated physiotherapist with a genuine interest in women's health. Essential Requirements: Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) 2- 3 years experience within the field of Women's Health (pelvic floor/MSK) Competent in pessary fitting & pelvic floor assessement Trained in (or working towards) postgraduate WH qualifications - APA Level 1/2, WHTA modules, or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to continuous professional development. Australian work rights are required for this position. Desirable: Additional qualifications in pelvic health or continence physiotherapy. Experience with antenatal and postnatal care. Pilates or exercise-based rehabilitation training.
