Summary We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice (Year 1–4), or someone looking to commence an apprenticeship, to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in the solar and battery industry, working alongside qualified electricians on residential and commercial projects in a supportive, safety‑focused environment. Key Responsibilities Assist qualified electricians with the installation of residential and commercial solar and battery systems Follow all WHS and safety regulations, site procedures, and safe work practices Learn to read and interpret electrical schematics, plans, and blueprints Participate in ongoing safety training and on-the-job learning Support the team in fault finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and serviceable condition Accurately document work completed and report progress to supervisor About You Currently registered as an Electrical Apprentice (Year 1–4), or eligible to be signed into an apprenticeship Hold a current and valid driver’s licence Hold a White Card (Construction Induction Certificate) Hold a Working Safely at Heights certificate (or willingness to obtain) Strong interest in the solar and battery industry with a genuine willingness to learn Basic understanding of electrical principles (advantageous but not essential) Ability to work effectively within a team environment Comfortable using basic hand and power tools safely What We Offer A well‑established company with 16 years of industry experience Permanent, full‑time employment Hands‑on experience in a high‑growth renewable energy industry Supportive team environment with mentoring from experienced electricians Ongoing training and career development opportunities
