What’s on offer? We have an exciting opportunity for a Grader/All Round Operator to join our Civils team based in Bunbury working on Projects across the state. The successful candidate will be motivated, reliable and organised with the ability to execute a range of tasks and duties. Demonstrated 3 years' experience operating graders in a civil environment White Construction Card Confident working with minimal supervision A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team or independently Be available to work/stay away from home, from time to time Strong focus on health and safety Ability to lead your work area and communicate with the team. Ability to read and interpret plans Be willing to operate other plant and labour as required Minimum HR licence The following requirements are not essential but will be highly regarded: Proven experience operating plant in a civil environment. Ability to lead your work area and communicate with the team and confidence working with minimal supervision. A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team or independently. Be available to work/stay away from home, from time to time. Strong focus on health and safety and be willing to labour as required. Ability to read and interpret plans. Minimum HR licence and White Construction Card.
