Your role will involve coordinating operational team members to ensure Maintenance jobs are attended to and work orders are delivered in a timely and safe manner. In addition to above, the role will include: Dispatching scheduled work to field crews and contractors for reactive and planned tasks on a daily basis Monitoring and adapting resources for field crews when operational requirements change Responding to stakeholder and client enquiries Providing administrative assistance to the Operations team as required To be successful in this role, you will: Have 1 years in a service delivery / administration role in a high-paced environment, ideally in maintenance/construction industry Be able to manage multiple priorities at once Be highly organised and have a strong attention to detail Be customer-focused, and enjoy working as part of a team Ideally, have previous experience working with SimPRO for scheduling purposes (but not essential)
