Summary: The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting senior management by providing high-level administrative assistance. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, facilitating communication, and managing schedules. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required. Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients. Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports. Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations. Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
