We are seeking a passionate Positive Behaviour Support - Quality Compliance Clinician ( Proficient/ Specialist/ Advanced level ) looking to step into a full time Quality Compliance position. Proactively manage the NDIS Submissions Portal Review and notify clinicians of findings. Proactively feed trends from the NDIS Submissions Portal Review into the QA Lead and Clinical Leads. review and evaluation of non-restrictive practice documentation. Provide confirmation of clinical governance including but not limited to: feedback regarding human rights and person centred approach to PBS. Track and monitor timelines within the NDIS PBS space. Support and analysis of clinical interventions in line with evidence based practice. Lead through influence—guide clinical quality and support others, without direct staff management responsibilities.
