Job Description Genea Melbourne currently has a permanent full time position available for an IVF Scientist to join the scientific team in our Melbourne City clinic. The position offers a wide range of responsibilities across Andrology and Embryology.This role will see you performing all aspects of clinical Embryology services and diagnostic procedures in the laboratory. As an Embryologist your scope of work will include; Manual handling of gametes and embryos Intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) Diagnostic Andrology procedures Pre-implantation Diagnosis (PGD) including embryo hatching, biopsy and tissue handling Laboratory maintenance including equipment checks, maintaining stock and maintenance Communicating directly with patients and maintaining accurate records
