About The Client Hybrid Property Group is an Australian property development and construction group, with complementary property services divisions, based in Melbourne, VIC and expanding into NSW. They are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join their team based in Sydney, NSW. The Role The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing and analysing marketing strategies that support Hybrid Property Group's business growth across Australia. The role focuses on strengthening brand positioning, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting the Group's services across property development, construction, luxury residential renovations and property-related service divisions. The position will support the Group's expansion into the New South Wales market, while maintaining and strengthening its presence in Victoria and identifying opportunities for growth in additional Australian states. This is a full-time position with an annual salary set at $95,000 per annum plus superannuation. The role is based in Sydney, NSW. The Responsibilities Conduct research and analyse industry trends, consumer demand, competitor activity, and geographic market conditions to identify opportunities across different Australian markets; Develop and implement strategic marketing plans designed to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and support expansion into new sectors, particularly the luxury residential renovation market in NSW; Develop and maintain consistent brand positioning across all service divisions, ensuring marketing materials reflect the Business's expertise in property development, construction, and high-end residential renovation; Plan, coordinate, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote the Business's projects and services; Manage digital marketing activities including website optimisation, SEO, online advertising, and social media to improve brand visibility and lead generation; Coordinate creation of marketing content including project case studies, photography, video content, brochures, and promotional materials; Develop and manage public relations initiatives to increase the Business's visibility within the property development and construction sectors; Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to management to optimise marketing effectiveness and return on investment. The Requirements: ● Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial B2B and B2C marketing ● . Minimum 3 years' experience in brand management and marketing within property development, land development, construction or related built-environment industries. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing in a commercial role At least 3 years of experience social and digital marketing Minimum of 3 years of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads At least 3 years' experience in SEO, content optimisation and organic search performance improvement. At least 3 years of demonstrated experience applying UX/UI principles to improve website performance, lead generation and user engagement. Demonstrated experience managing and optimising Google Business Profiles to improve local search visibility and lead generation. Demonstrated experience marketing premium services to affluent Sydney markets, including the Eastern Suburbs and surrounding high-value residential areas. Demonstrated experience developing and executing public relations campaigns, including preparation of media releases, media liaison, interview coordination, and securing earned media coverage across print, radio, television, and digital news outlets. Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Demonstrated experience representing a business at community events, industry functions, and local networking activities to build brand presence and generate leads within target markets.
