Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Coordinator Join a successful, well-established business in a key warehouse leadership role. Based in Cheltenham, this privately owned wholesale toy and puzzle company has been supplying major Australian retailers including Big W, Target and Kmart for over 50 years. We have partnered with this business for approximately 15 years and have seen firsthand the strength of its culture, stability and long-term success. Working within a small, professional team, this is a hands-on role that combines day-to-day warehouse operations with the supervision of a small warehouse team. Key Responsibilities: Inward Goods - Unload containers and receive incoming stock, Check and reconcile received goods, Allocate and organise stock locations Warehouse Operations - Operate a walkie stacker to move stock, Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, Conduct pallet reconciliations and stock checks, Assist with general warehouse duties as required Outward Goods - Pick and pack customer orders, Process consignments using freight portals, Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time Team & Systems - Coordinate and supervise casual staff during peak periods, Learn and utilise the company's inventory ERP system, Assist with improving warehouse processes and efficiencies About You: Previous experience in a warehouse leadership, supervisory or senior warehouse role Wholesale distribution experience would be highly regarded Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and leading by example Reliable, organised and able to take ownership of warehouse operations Seeking a long-term opportunity with a stable and successful business Positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done What's on Offer Stable, long-term role with a respected Australian business Small team environment where your contribution is valued Opportunity to learn and develop new systems skills Monday to Friday hours, approximately 8:30am to 4:30pm Attractive salary package $$$ negotiable for the right candidate
