This incorporates working closely with key stakeholders to ensure key project deliverables are met, objectives executed and on time delivery. Additionally, this role includes developing and delivering key reporting and insights focusing on the parts, accessories and service operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, the role drives transformation to achieve medium to long term growth for TMCA’s Value Chain objectives. This is a full-time, max-term (January 2027) position based at CHQ in Port Melbourne . How you’ll make an impact Support key elements of initiatives developed by the Parts, Service and Insurance teams to ensure they are facilitated and executed effectively Develop project plans and process’ to ensure projects are delivered on time and are sustainable Analyse market trends, customer insights, and dealer performance to identify opportunities for growth and innovation Contribute to pricing, inventory, and service delivery strategies that improve efficiencies and competitiveness Collaborate with internal departments, dealer networks, and external partners to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and drive outcomes that support sustainable growth Collaborate with key stakeholders to maximise TMCA opportunities within the Value Chain Work with One Toyota partners, regions and Dealers to provide the business with accurate and timely reporting Support national projects and pilots across parts and service ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact Provide strategic input into business cases, performance reviews, and continuous improvement Monitor own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant legislation and statutory requirements to minimise Toyota’s risk exposure and liabilities Your attributes – If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Degree qualification (preferred but not essential) Extensive experience in automotive aftersales Understanding of the automotive industry including vehicle sales, parts & service operations, and finance & insurance operations Strong understanding of the automotive market, dealer network and operations, and customer expectations Experience in the strategic planning, implementation and standardisation of operational growth initiatives.
