Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Lead / Executive Assistant is a pivotal role responsible for enabling leadership to operate at their highest level. This is not a traditional EA role, it is a hands-on, commercially minded position focused on execution, coordination and driving momentum across the business. This pivotal role acts as the bridge between vision and delivery, bringing structure to ideas, maintaining operational flow and ensuring priorities translate into action. You will take ownership of day-to-day coordination, from diary and inbox management through to reporting, studio flow and business operations, while also contributing to outreach, pipeline development, client communications, strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects. This role requires a proactive, high-energy operator who can manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders and keep pace with a fast-moving leadership team. You will play a key role in creating space and capacity for leadership, strengthening internal coordination and ensuring the business runs with clarity, focus and momentum. About YOU Proven experience as a Business Manager, Consulting/Sales Support or Operations Lead, or as an Executive Operations Lead or Business Manager, managing diverse priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to prioritise, make decisions and drive execution Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and shifting priorities Confident managing upwards and influencing senior stakeholders Excellent judgement, with the ability to know what to action, escalate or push back on High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas into clear actions Energetic, proactive and comfortable working at pace in a dynamic environment Experience across consulting, professional services or purpose-led organisations is highly regarded Gembridge Australia champions diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment.
